Golf Tournament

We are thrilled to announce the FMDH Foundation’s Golf Tournament, our biggest fundraiser of the year, will be on Saturday, June 24th starting at 10 am! This will take place at the Sunnyside Golf and Country Club in Glasgow, Montana. Entrants must be over the age of 18.

The tournament will be a straight scramble. There will be a maximum of 28 - 4 person teams this year. The entry fee is $300 per team. There will be 5 team cash payouts (net), as well as additional prizes on every hole.

The registration entry fee includes green fees, a continental breakfast, box lunch, and dinner served immediately following the tournament. The cash prizes, and various hole prizes, are all donated by businesses throughout the area. It is only through their generosity that the FMDH Foundation can sponsor this great tournament.

The tournament raises funds so the FMDH Foundation can live out it's mission to provide quality medical services in Valley County. The Foundation supports all departments of FMDH, Valley View, Prairie Ridge, Milk River, and other medical equipment projects in the area. The Foundation also gives out $30,000 in medical field scholarships to local students.
