Pulmonary Function Test
Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) is a noninvasive breathing test to tell your doctor how well your lungs are working. FMDH is proud to be able to offer a wide array of PFTs from basic spirometry, diffusing capacity, pre/post bronchodilator, lung volumes, body plethysmography, or nitrogen washout if indicated. These tests measure how much air your lungs can hold, how effective you are when you breath, and how the gas is exchanging in your lungs. Based off of these tests, your doctor can diagnose and treat your lung disease.
