Join us for a great evening at the FMDH Foundation Annual Dinner! Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 14, and get ready for a wonderful night at the Cottonwood Inn and Suites.

Schedule of Events:
 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Cocktail Hour
Kick off the evening with a delightful cocktail. Enjoy a selection of fine beverages and mingling.

Signature cocktails for the evening:
 Peach Spritzer
 Grilled Orange Old-Fashioned

 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM: Three-Course Meal & Program
Savor the sumptuous meal below. During the dinner, we will have a special program featuring highlights from our Foundation Coordinator and Investment Committee Chair & Treasurer.

Three-Course Menu:
 Artisan roll with honey-cinnamon butter
 Butternut squash soup
 Cheese tortellini and andouille sausage with grilled onions, mushrooms, and diced green peppers, served in a creamy vodka sauce, topped with parmesan cheese
 Peach cobbler

 Ticket Cost:
 $50 per person, includes dinner, specialty cocktail ticket and entry into raffles
 $25, raffle entry only

 Grand Prize:We are working on gathering donations from local businesses for one grand prize 'staycation' package, to end the evening, and a couple smaller prizes, to kick-off the evening. So far we have:
